For as long as I can remember, I've been able to see what someone is capable of before they can.

And then help them build the structure to make it real. That's the whole of my work — first as a coach who asks the questions that draw it out of you, then as a strategist who turns it into a plan you can actually act on.

I spent twenty years building revenue and strategy inside one of the nation's largest food banks. That's where I learned a lesson I bring to every founder I work with: a good mission still needs a solid foundation to stand on. I grew annual-fund revenue 85% over five years, built donor programs from the ground up, led CRM and data overhauls, and did the essential, behind-the-scenes work of turning big ideas into systems that hold.

A lot of that was direct-response marketing at its core — segmenting the audience, writing the offer, testing the message, and learning exactly what makes someone say yes. It's the same muscle your business needs to bring people in, and I've been building it for years.
